We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order. We want the return process to be as simple as possible for you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN POLICY
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Our central warehouse is located in Asia, so shipping costs may be high. The return cost is usually between 20$ and 40$ (it may be higher if you ordered multiple items). We recommend using a service with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 1: Contact us
Send us an email at https://soracloset.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send your package
Once you receive our instructions, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a trackable option.
Step 3: Receive your refund
When we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, please note that cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase.
After that period, if you still wish to cancel, you may return the order once you receive it. If everything is returned in good condition, we will proceed with an immediate refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the product you want.
In some cases, we offer free size exchanges. If the item doesn’t fit, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
For changes in variant/color/product, the customer must handle it by returning the item and placing a new order.
Important notes:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and show no signs of use.

We reserve the right to reject returns if we believe items have been used or damaged beyond our control.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs, which will depend on the chosen courier.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
